SELECTED WORK · COMMUNICATIONS · STRATEGY

Good work shouldn’t get lost or get stuck.

A closer look at how I brought clearer communication and better systems together—what I built, why it mattered, and what changed.

A Catholic school in North Texas

Bringing the school’s story into focus.

I volunteered to lead the school’s marketing and communications, starting with the website. With no advertising budget, I focused on helping families find the school, understand what it offered, and book a visit. That work grew to include the school’s Google Business Profile, review sites, social media, enrollment campaigns, and online tour scheduling.

WHERE THE WORK STARTED

Family journey from finding the school through search, reviews, and social media, to exploring its website and booking a tour online.

WHAT I OWNED

One school. Three connected needs.

01 / WEBSITE + DIGITAL FOUNDATION

Rebuilt the school’s front door.

I rebuilt the school’s Squarespace website around prospective families, current families, and staff. I organized the information, navigation, and parent resources so people could find answers without hunting.

02 / VISIBILITY + CAMPAIGNS

Made the school’s story easier to see.

I updated the Google Business Profile and review sites, created social media content, and developed campaigns for enrollment, Open House, and school-wide initiatives.

WHAT CHANGED

The project connected the school’s online presence with the experience it offered families in person. I focused on making information easier to find, sharing school life more consistently, and simplifying tour scheduling.

03 / OPERATIONS + FOLLOW-THROUGH

Made school tours easier to book.

I set up Calendly and connected it to the website and enrollment communications. Families could choose a tour time online, including outside school hours.

A clearer path for families.
A more connected way to communicate.

Information was easier to find.

The website brought school information and parent resources into an organized structure.

The school’s story reached more places.

Its website, search listings, review sites, social media, and campaigns worked toward the same goals.

Booking a visit became simpler.

Families had an online next step without needing to call during the school day.

THE THROUGH-LINE

Families could find the school, see what made it special, and take a next step.

HAVE A MESSY VERSION?
